Waivers are required for everyone participating in Roller Skating. Roller skating is a physical activity with an inherent risk of injury; by participating you assume the risk of injury. All skaters must complete a waiver. Waivers for minors must be completed by a parent or guardian. Waivers are valid for 90 days from the date of submission; visit oakspark.com/waiver.
