Waiver Requirement: Roller skating is a physical activity with an inherent risk of injury; by participating you assume the risk of injury. All visitors participating in roller skating must complete a waiver. For minors, a parent or guardian must complete the waiver. It is your responsibility to ensure that each guest has a waiver completed before the party; instruct parents of minor guests to visit oakspark.com/waiver to fill out the required form before your event date. Any individual who does not have a waiver on file will not be able to skate.

When making your reservation, you are scheduling your reserved table time, not your arrival or skating time. You may skate the entire session during which the table time takes place.

Packages do not include a cake; please plan to bring a cake/cupcakes with you. Due to limited freezer space, ice cream cakes are not allowed.
